Growth of Manufacturing Industry in East Kalimantan Province Quarter IV 2012

Abstract

The Development of Large and Medium Industries in Kalimantan Timur in the fourth quarter of 2012 showed a production growth of 6.31 percent (y-o-y) and 2.50 percent (q-to-q)

Micro and Small Industrial production growth in the fourth quarter of 2012 was quite good when compared to the same quarter in the previous year (y-o-y) which grew by 1.04 percent. but showed a declining development compared to the previous quarter (q-to-q) which recorded a growth rate - 5.11 percent.

In general, the activities of the Large and Medium Industry sector showed encouraging developments in 2012 with a growth rate of 5.40 percent, but slightly different from the conditions of the Micro and Small Industry developments which declined with growth - 4.21 percent.
