Abstract

The Farmer Trade Exchange Rate of East Kalimantan Province in April 2016 was 98.02 higher than the value of NTP in March 2016 which was recorded at 97.46 or quantitatively increased by 0.57 percent. For NTP per sub-sector in East Kalimantan in April 2016 such as Farmer Farmer's Exchange Rate (NTPP) was recorded at 95.76; Horticultural Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPH) 92.75; Farmers Exchange Rate of Smallholders (NTPR) 99.04; Farmers Farmer's Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPT) 104.84 and Fishery Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPN) 99.36.
In general, NTP has increased by 0.57 percent, this is influenced by the price index received by farmers (It) which increased by 0.44 percent while the price index paid by farmers (Ib) decreased by -0.13 percent.
The growth of NTP by sub-sector in April 2016 was a decrease in 1 subsector, namely NTPP sub-sector by -0.57 percent. While 4 other sub-sectors experienced an increase of each subsector NTPH 1.35 percent, NTPR 1.33 percent, NTPT of 0.16 percent and NTPN subsector of 0.65 percent.
