TOURISM STATISTICS IN KALIMANTAN TIMUR PROVINCE *) April 2016

Abstract

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star-rated hotels in Kalimantan Timur Province in April 2016 was 52.60 percent, decreasing 4.27 points compared to the March 2016 ROR of 56.87 percent.
Average guest stay in star-rated hotels in April 2016 for 1.88 days. The average length of domestic guests stay for 1.85 days and the average length of foreign guests stay for 2.99 days.
The number of foreign tourist arrivals in April 2016 was 555 people or 159 less than the previous month which reached 714 people. During January-April 2016, there were as many as 3,075 foreign tourists
Cumulatively, the number of foreign tourists visiting Kalimantan Timur in January 2015 - April 2016 reached 10,940 people.
