Abstract

Kalimantan Timur Province in September 2016 experienced Deflation of -0.02 percent, or a change of Consumer Price Index (CPI) from 128.55 in August 2016 to 128.52 in September 2016. Up to September 2016 Inflation year calendar by 2.20 percent, while Inflation year on year was 3.69 percent.
If detailed by city, in September 2016, Samarinda City experienced deflation -0.20 percent with CPI of 127.49. While the city of Balikpapan experienced inflation 0.21 percent with CPI 129.88. Until September 2016 Inflation year calendar of Samarinda City equal to 1.76 percent, while City of Balikpapan equal to 2,79 percent. Meanwhile Inflation year on year September 2016 for Samarinda City was 3.53 percent and Balikpapan City was 3.90 percent.
