Abstract

Kalimantan Timur Province in October 2016 experienced Deflation of -0.09 percent, or a change of Consumer Price Index (CPI) from 128.52 in September 2016 to 128.41 in October 2016. As of October 2016 Inflation year calendar by 2.11 percent, while Inflation year on year by 3.11 percent.
If detailed by city, in October 2016, Samarinda City experienced deflation -0.10 percent with CPI 127.36. While Balikpapan City experienced Deflation -0.07 percent with CPI 129.79. Until October 2016 Inflation year calendar of Samarinda City equal to 1.65 percent, while the City of Balikpapan amounted to 2.71 percent. The year-on-year inflation for October 2016 for Samarinda City was 3.24 percent and Balikpapan was 2.93 percent.
