Quarter IV 2017, growth production of IBS (Kaltim + Kaltara) decreased 0.15%, while production of IMK increased 37.69%

The growth of the category of Large and Medium Manufacturing Industry activities in the fourth quarter / 2017 in the annual period (y-on-y) as well as in the quarterly period (q-to-q) showed negative growth.

Production of Large and Medium Processing Industries in Kalimantan Timur (including Kalimantan Utara) in the fourth quarter of 2017 decreased by 0.15 percent (y-on-y):

• Food Industry, up 3.63 percent
• Industrial Chemicals and Chemicals Goods, down 1.44 percent
• Wood Industry, Wood and Cork Goods (excluding furniture) and Bamboo Goods from Bamboo, Rattan and the like, down 2.92 percent

Production of Large and Medium Manufacturing Industry in Kalimantan Timur Province (including North Kalimantan) in Quarter IV / 2017 decreased by 1.26 percent (q-to-q):

• Food Industry, down 1.03 percent
• Chemical and Goods Industry of Chemicals, down 1.62 percent·
• Wood Industry, Wood and Cork Goods (excluding furniture) and Bamboo Goods from Bamboo, Rattan and the like, down 0.42 percent

In Kalimantan Timur, the production of micro and small and medium enterprises in the fourth quarter / 2017 annual period (y-on-y) increased by 37.69 percent, while for quarterly production growth (q-to-q) increased by 39.54 percent .
