Abstract

  • The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in  Kalimantan Timur Province in December 2018 was 56.79 percent, an increase of 3.41 points compared to the November 2018 TPK which amounted to 53.38 percent.
  • The average length of guests stays in star hotels in December 2018 for 1.72 days. The average length of foreign guests stays for 2.78 days and the average length of stay of archipelago guests stays for 1.70 days.
  • The number of foreign tourist visits in December 2018 was 216 visits or an increase of 70 visits compared to the previous month which reached 146 visits.
  • Cumulatively, the number of foreign tourists visiting  Kalimantan Timur in the period January 2017 - December 2018 reached 7 332 visits.
