NTP in April 2019 was 94.98, up 0.03 percent compared to the NTP in March 2019

Abstract

Kalimantan Timur Province's NTP in April 2019 amounted to 94.98 or increased 0.03 percent compared to NTP in March. The increase in NTP was caused by an increase in the Farmer Acceptable Price Index (It) by 0.57 percent and a slight increase in the Farmer Paid Price Index (Ib) by 0.54 percent.
The Kalimantan Timur Province NTP by sub-sector per March 2019 are as follows: Food Crop Farmer Exchange Rate (NTPP) of 94.34, Horticulture Farmer Exchange Value (NTPH) of 92.19, The Exchange Rate of People's Plantation Farmers (NTPR) is 83.81, Exchange Rate Farmer Farmers (NTPT) amounted to 110.12 and Fisheries Farmers' Exchange Value (NTNP) amounted to 104.50.
In April 2019, only 2 sub-sectors experienced an increase in NTP, which is horticulture sub-sector (0.21 percent) and people's plantation sub-sector (1.70 percent). Meanwhile, three other sub-sector experienced decline in NTP, which is food crop sub-sector (0.94 percent), livestock sub-sector (0.49 percent), and fisheries sub-sector (0.50 percent).
The exchange rate of agricultural household businesses (NTUP) in Kalimantan Timur Province in April 2019 was 106.82 or up 0.36 percent compared to NTUP in March which was recorded at 106.44. Only the horticulture subsector and people's plantation subsector experienced an increase in NTUP.
