January 2023 FTT was 129.77 or decreased by 0.12 percent compared to the December 2022 FTT

Abstract

The decline in FTT was caused by the Price Index Received by Farmers (It), which only increased by 0.15 percent, while the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib) increased by 0.27 percent.
NTP per sub-sector of Kalimantan Timur Province in January 2023, namely the Food Crops Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPP) of 93.36; Horticultural Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPH) of 110.79; The Smallholder Plantation Plantation Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPR) was 171.94; Livestock Farmer Exchange Rate (NTPT) of 109.56; and Fishermen and Fish Farmers Exchange Rate (NTNP) of 97.30.
In January 2023, there were three sub-sectors that experienced an increase in NTP, namely the food crops sub-sector (0.49 percent), the livestock sub-sector (1.41 percent), and the fisheries sub-sector (0.18 percent). Meanwhile, two other sub-sectors experienced a decline, namely the horticulture sub-sector (-0.03 percent) and the smallholder plantation sub-sector (-0.70 percent).
The Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) for Kalimantan Timur Province in January 2023 was 130.17, up 0.07 percent compared to NTUP in December 2022 which was recorded at 130.08. There were four sub-sectors that experienced an increase in NTUP, namely the food crops sub-sector, the horticulture sub-sector, the livestock sub-sector, and the fisheries sub-sector.
