Abstract

The number of domestic air transport passengers departing in April 2024 reached 303,303 people, an increase of 44.26% compared to March 2024. Meanwhile, the number of international passengers was 3,650 people, up 42.08% from the previous month.
The number of domestic air transport passengers departing during January-April 2024 increased by 12.97% compared to the same period in 2023. Meanwhile, during January-April 2024, the number of international passengers reached 13,077 people, a significant increase of 79.36%.
The number of domestic sea transport passengers departing in April 2024 was recorded at 71,323 people, an increase of 87.41% compared to March 2024. During the period January-April 2024, the number of passengers reached 171,577 people, an increase of 21.40%.
The volume of cargo transported in April 2024 decreased by 11.23% compared to March 2024 to 8,038.61 thousand tons. During the period January-April 2024, the amount of cargo transported reached 31,685.00 thousand tons.
