Abstract

BPS-Statistics Indonesia, as one of the providers of public services that offers statistical data and information, consistently strives to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS regularly conducts Customer Satisfaction Surveys each year, which are integrated into the Survei Kebutuhan Data. This survey aims not only to assess consumer satisfaction with BPS data services but also to identify data needs and consumer satisfaction with the quality of data produced by BPS.
The report on the implementation of SKD in 2023 is presented in a publication titled "Analysis of the Results of the BPS Data Needs Survey in Berau Regency 2023." This publication provides an overview of consumer data needs and consumer perceptions of the performance of the BPS Public Service Unit, as well as consumer perceptions of the quality of BPS data. Key indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (ACPI).
