Abstract

The value of  Kalimantan Timur exports in October 2011 reached US $ 3.09 billion or decreased by 16.07 percent compared with the value of exports in September 2011.
  • The value of oil and gas exports in October 2011 reached US $ 1.23 billion, down 32.03 percent compared to the value of oil and gas exports in September 2011, while the value of non oil and gas exports in October 2011 reached US $ 1.85 billion, down by 0.53 percent compared to the value of Non Oil and Gas exports in September 2011.
  • According to the Goods Group (HS 2 Digits), mineral fuels still play a huge role in the formation of Kalimantan Timur exports in January-October 2011 reaching 95.02 percent or US $ 29.79 billion.
  • According to destination countries, exports to Japan in January-October 2011 reached the largest figure of US $ 10.57 billion, followed by China (including Taiwan) at US $ 7.08 billion and the Republic of Korea at US $ 5.17 billion with all three contributions reached 72.77 percent.
