Abstract

A. EXPORT

The export value of Kalimantan Timur in July 2016 reached US $ 1.08 billion or decreased by 2.93 percent compared to June 2016. Meanwhile, compared to July 2015, it decreased by 27.08 percent.
Oil and gas exports in July 2016 reached US $ 0.29 billion, down 9.31 percent compared to June 2016, while non-oil / gas exports in July 2016 reached US $ 0.79 billion, down 0.34 percent compared to June 2016.
The cumulative export value of Kalimantan Timur in January - July 2016 reached US $ 7.64 billion or decreased 29.24 percent over the same period in 2015. Of all exports from January to July 2016, oil and gas exports reached US $ 2.27 billion or decreased 42.95 percent and non oil and gas reached US $ 5.37 billion or decreased 21.23 percent.

B. IMPORT

Kalimantan Timur import value in July 2016 reached US $ 0.27 billion or an increase of 1.37 percent compared to imports in June 2016. Meanwhile, when compared to July 2015 decreased by 51.14 percent.
July 2016 oil and gas imports reached US $ 0.20 billion, up 13.51 percent compared to June 2016, while non-oil imports in July 2016 reached US $ 0.07 billion, down 22.99 percent compared to June 2016.
The cumulative value of Kalimantan Timur imports from January to July 2016 reached US $ 2.02 billion or decreased 38.02 percent over the same period in 2015. Of all imports from January to July 2016, oil and gas imports reached US $ 1.43 billion or decreased 43.91 percent and non oil and gas reached US $ 0.59 billion or decreased 16.66 percent.
Kalimantan Timur's trade balance in July 2016 was a surplus of US $ 0.81 billion, less than the June 2016 surplus of US $ 0.84 billion, thus the cumulative January-July 2016 surplus of US $ 5.62 billion.
