The Farmer Terms of Trade of Kalimantan Timur Province* Based on Subsectors in February 2017

The Farmer Terms of Trade (NTP) of Kalimantan Timur Province in February 2017 stood at 98.99 increase over the value of NTP in January 2017 stood at 98.40 or quantitatively increased by 0.60 percent. For NTP per subsector in Kalimantan Timur In February 2017 including Farmer Plant Food (NTPP) stood at 98.07; Farmer Horticulture (NTPH) 93.56; Farmer Crop Plantations (NTPR) 99.41; Farmer Ranch (NTPT) 104.53 and Farmer Fisheries (NTPN) 101.00.

Generally NTP increased by 0.60 percent, it is influenced by the index of prices received by farmers (It) which increased by 0.69 percent while the index of prices paid by farmers (Ib) only increased by 0.09 percent.

The development of NTP by subsector in February 2017 that there is a decrease in one subsector which NTPP subsector amounted to -0.31 percent. While four other sub-sectors, namely NTPH increased by 1.04 percent, 0.69 percent NTPR increased, NTPT increased by 1.47 percent and NTPN subsector increased by 0.38 percent.
