Inflation/Consumer Price Index of Kalimantan Timur Province in May 2017

Abstract

Kalimantan Timur Province in May 2017 experienced an inflation of 0.36 percent, or a change in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) from 131.69 in April 2017 to 132.16 in May 2017. Up to May 2017 Inflation year calendar of 1.64 percent, meanwhile Inflation year on year amounted to 4.66 percent.
If detailed by Municipality, in May 2017, Samarinda Municipality experienced 0.38 percent Inflation with CPI of 131.56. alikpapan Municipality experienced 0.32 percent Inflation with CPI 132.94. Until May 2017 Inflation in the calendar year of Samarinda was 2.12 percent, while Balikpapan was 1.03 percent. Meanwhile Inflation year on year of Samarinda Municipality is 4.23 percent and Balikpapan Municipality is 5.23 percent.
