Abstract

The development of the activities of the Large and Medium Manufacturing Industry category in the second quarter of 2018 in the y-on-y period as well as in the quarterly period (q-to-q) tends to indicate a slowdown.
Production of Large and Medium Manufacturing Industry in Kalimantan Timur (including North Kalimantan) in the 2 nd Quarter / 2018 decreased by 4.94% (y-on-y): Wood Industry, Wood and Cork Goods (excluding furniture) and Goods Woven from Bamboo, Rattan and the like, rose 3.89 percent
Food Industry, down 6.33 percent
Chemical and Goods Industries of Chemicals, down 8.64 percent
Large and Medium Manufacturing Industry Production in Kalimantan Timur (including North Kalimantan) in the 2 nd Quarter / 2018 decreased by 6.62% (q-to-q): Food Industry, up 1.54%
Chemical and Goods Industries of Chemicals, down 6.97 percent
Wood Industry, Wood and Cork Goods (excluding furniture) and Bamboo Goods from Bamboo, Rattan and the like, down 17.21 percent
In Kalimantan Timur Province, the production of Micro and Small Processing Industry in the second quarter / 2018 annual period (y-on-y) increased by 76.83 percent, while for quarterly production growth (q-to-q) increased by 12.22 percent .
In the Province of North Kalimantan, the production of micro and small and medium enterprises in the second quarter of 2018 grew 5.17 percent, while for quarterly production growth (q-to-q) increased by 0.44 percent .
