NTP October 2020 amounting to 112.08 or up 0.03 percent compared to NTP on the month September 2020

Abstract

Kalimantan Timur Province NTP in October 2020 amounted to 112.08 or an increase of 0.03 percent compared to the NTP in September 2020. The increase in NTP was caused by the Price Index Received by Farmers (It), which rose higher than the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib).
NTP per sub-sector of East Kalimantan Province in October 2020, namely the Food Crop Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPP) of 100.14; Horticultural Farmer Exchange Rate (NTPH) of 100.71; Exchange Rate of Smallholder Plantation Crops (NTPR) of 128.14; Livestock Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPT) of 102.48; and Fishers and Fish Cultivators Exchange Rate (NTNP) of 102.90.
In October 2020, there were three sub-sectors that experienced an increase in NTP, namely the smallholder plantation sub-sector (0.72 percent), the livestock sub-sector (0.40 percent), and the fisheries sub-sector (0.26 percent). Meanwhile, two other sub-sectors experienced a decline, namely the food crops sub-sector (-0.85 percent) and the horticulture sub-sector (-1.87 percent).
The Exchange Rate of Agricultural Household Businesses (NTUP) in East Kalimantan Province in October 2020 was 112.70, an increase of 0.01 percent compared to NTUP in September 2020 which was recorded at 112.69. There are three sub-sectors that have experienced an increase in NTUP, namely the smallholder plantation sub-sector, the livestock sub-sector, and the fisheries sub-sector.
