January 2024 ROR for star classification hotels has reached 53.81 percent

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) for star class hotels in Kalimantan Timur Province in January 2024 was recorded at 53.81 percent, an decrease of 14.95 percentage points compared to December 2023. Meanwhile, when compared with the TPK conditions for January 2023, the ROR value for January 2024 has increased by 0.29 percentage points.
The average length of stay for star-classified hotel guests in January 2024 will reach 1.70 days. The average length of stay for foreign guests reached 3.03 days, while the average length of stay for domestic guests reached 1.68 days.
During January 2024 there were 316 foreign tourists visiting Kalimantan Timur Province. When compared with the previous month, the number of foreign tourist visits in January 2024 decreased by 28,34 percent.
Tourist visits entering Kalimantan Timur Province mainly through the air gate at SAMS Sepinggan airport amounted to 99.37 percent
