Abstract

The export value of Kalimantan Timur in November 2014 reached US $ 1.94 billion or increased by 0.04 percent compared to October 2014. Meanwhile, compared to November 2013, it decreased by 26.68 percent.
Oil and gas exports in November 2014 reached US $ 0.65 billion, down 24.28 percent compared to October 2014, while non-oil and gas exports in November 2014 reached US $ 1.29 billion, up 19.40 percent compared to October 2014.
The cumulative export value of Kalimantan Timur in January-November 2014 reached US $ 23.72 billion or decreased 16.30 percent over the same period in 2013. Similarly, oil and gas exports reached US $ 1.00 billion or decreased 14.75 percent and non oil and gas reached US $ 13.72 billion or decreased 17.40 percent.
The import value of Kalimantan Timur in November 2014 reached US $ 0.59 billion or decreased by 23.42 percent compared to October 2014. Meanwhile, compared to November 2013, it decreased by 0.81 percent.
November 2014 oil and gas imports reached US $ 0.48 billion, down 23.88 percent compared to October 2014, while non-oil and gas imports in November 2014 reached US $ 0.11 billion, down 21.42 percent compared to October 2014.
The cumulative value of Kalimantan Timur imports from January to November 2014 reached US $ 7.88 billion or decreased 10.30 percent over the same period in 2013 as well as oil and gas imports reached US $ 6.42 billion or decreased 3.91 percent and non oil and gas reached US $ 1.47 billion or down 30.51 percent.
Kalimantan Timur's trade balance in November 2014 was a surplus of US $ 1.35 billion, higher than the October 2014 surplus of US $ 1.17 billion, thus the January-November 2014 cumulative surplus of US $ 15.83 billion.
