Oil and gas exports in December 2016 reached US $ 0.30 billion, down 3.75 percent compared to November 2016, while non-oil exports in December 2016 reached US $ 1.07 billion, up 2.50 percent compared to November 2016.

The cumulative value of exports of Kalimantan Timur Province January-December, 2016 reached US $ 13.84 billion, down 20.83 percent over the same period in 2015. Total exports in January until December 2016, oil and gas exports reached US $ 3.78 billion, or decreased 41.04 percent and non-oil reached US $ 10.06 billion, down 9.12 percent.
